ActiveAG is based on Natural MicroSystems’ CT Access Software Development Kit (SDK). This foundation allows ActiveAG to provide you with a way to develop truly open computer-telephony applications. Please see the Supported hardware topic for a discussion of what telephony hardware can be used with ActiveAG. Systems built with ActiveAG can serve from 1 up to 512 telephone lines.
ActiveAG can be used to build almost any type of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system or Fax application. ActiveAG also includes support for simple text-to-speech functions (for NaturalText licensees).
If your application requires MVIP switching, use the ActiveMVIP™ control with ActiveAG. ActiveMVIP gives you complete access to the CT Access Switch Manager functions and allows you to control your MVIP-compliant hardware from within Delphi or Visual Basic.
