Group W Systems began in 1994 when the company was organized to provide services and software for Microsoft's Window NT.

Group W's founders were interested in the opportunities for Microsoft's then-new operating system because of their previous work with Digital's VMS and IBM's OS/2 systems.

About Group W Systems

The expansion of this original charter to include software development for NMS platforms occurred when NMS Communications released its first version of AG Access for Windows in 1996. Group W was a beta tester for the first AG Access release for Windows and was one of the first companies to offer a product based on AG Access 1.2.

Since 1994, Group W has completed many different types of projects for its clients by providing systems expertise and personnel.

And our software tools have been used to build telephony systems around the world: in eastern Asia, in western Europe, and in South and North America.
